Business owners can claim up to 70% of qualifying wages in tax rebates, to a maximum of $26,000 per employee, using this Employee Retention Credit (ERC) eligibility check, calculator, and application service launched by LP Consulting.
More information about ERC claims, the deadline for placing a claim, and the maximum allowable rebate, can be found at https://get26k.com
The new application service uses a team of ERC specialist CPAs that are focused solely on pandemic relief claims, to ensure every claim is completed promptly and accurately. Though the ERC program was ended by the federal government in September 2021, employers can still claim rebates for wages paid until that date, with no repayment required, and no restrictions on how the funds can be spent.
The CPA team can help most employers to qualify, as long as they had between 5 and 500 W-2 employees on the payroll during the pandemic, and their business was negatively affected by it in some way. This can be shown through temporary closures, limited customer capacity, financial losses, supply chain shortages, or remote working limitations that prevented normal business activities during the pandemic.
Business owners can use the no-cost, no-obligation eligibility assessment to determine if their company qualifies and to receive an approximation of their available rebate. The eligibility check asks only 10 simple questions, does not require any proprietary business information, and takes approximately one minute to complete.
Employers that have already enrolled in, or received loans through, the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) can also qualify for ERC rebates, after changes made in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021. Unlike the rebates provided by the PPP, refunds claimed through LP Consulting and the specialist CPA firm are not a loan, and never require repayment.
To complete an application, employers will first be asked to complete the no-cost eligibility assessment, and then follow the link provided to the 15 Minute Refund program, on the CPA firm’s secure server. This program guarantees every business owner their maximum allowable rebate, with no up-front fees, and no risk if they do not qualify or do not receive a rebate.
While individual rebates will vary, the 15 Minute Refund program has helped some employers to claim over $2 million in IRS refunds.
